Shipping

Self-Pickup – You may pick up your order from our store approximately two hours after placing the order, subject to confirmation with the store regarding order completion.

Home Delivery –

  • For purchases over 400 NIS – Free
  • For purchases under 400 NIS – 35 NIS shipping fee

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • Shelf sunglasses – Up to 7 business days
  • Contact lenses – Up to 14 business days
  • Toric contact lenses – Up to 21 business days
  • Prescription glasses – Up to 14 business days

 

Exchanges and Returns

Exchanges or returns will be approved only if the product has not been used and provided that no more than 72 hours have passed since receiving the product. For contact lenses – Returns are accepted within 14 business days, provided the packaging remains sealed and undamaged.

For glasses – Order cancellations will be accepted only if no adjustments of any kind have been made.

For prescription glasses – Exchanges or returns are not possible.

Luxury Items: Orders for sunglasses valued at over 1,799 NIS cannot be canceled. The determining price will be the full price of the product before any discounts as listed on prizma-optic.co.il.

Exchange Process:

  1. You may visit our branch – 32 Herzl St., Ashkelon (‘Prizma Optic’ on Waze).
  2. You may return items via Israel Post to: Prizma Optic, 32 Herzl St., Ashkelon, 7860131.

Once the package reaches us, we will contact you for further processing.

Returns – Order cancellations will be accepted within 72 hours of receiving the product. The customer will be eligible for a full refund, minus a 5% cancellation fee, provided that the cancellation fee does not exceed 100 NIS, in accordance with legal regulations. Refunds will be processed in the following billing cycle after the product is received by us.

Refund Amount: If the customer cancels the order, a 5% cancellation fee will be charged, or up to 100 NIS, whichever is lower. Additionally, payment processing fees and cancellation fees will be deducted.

 

General Terms

  • Exchanges for non-customized products can be made within 72 hours of receiving the product, accompanied by the original receipt.
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging.
  • Cancellation fees are 5% of the purchase price or up to 100 NIS, whichever is lower.
  • Contact lenses – No returns or exchanges after opening the product or if the packaging is damaged.
  • No warranty applies to broken frames (prescription or sunglasses).
  • Prizma Optic is not responsible for damages that may occur during the repair of old customer glasses beyond the warranty period provided by Prizma Optic.
  • Lens Warranty – Prizma Optic does not provide a warranty for lens scratches. The warranty applies only to anti-reflective coating and is valid for one to three years, depending on the type of lens.
  • Refunds for cancellations will be processed according to Prizma Optic’s policy, in the same payment method used for the purchase.
  • Prices in the website, store, and mobile service may vary based on promotions, discounts, and stock availability.
  • For frame-only purchases (without lenses) – Prizma Optic does not provide a warranty for customer lenses. Frame warranties will be voided if lenses are installed by a third party.
  • For optical lenses purchased separately to be installed on a customer’s frame, Prizma Optic is not responsible for any damage to the customer’s frame that may occur during lens installation.
  • Special Promotions – Discounts cannot be combined, and promotions apply while supplies last, unless stated otherwise.

 

Adaptation to Multifocal Lenses

Customers receiving multifocal lenses for the first time are entitled to a 3-month adaptation period from the date of receiving the glasses. If the customer does not adapt to the multifocal lenses within this period, they will be eligible for a credit toward distance/near vision lenses for the same frame or a refund for the multifocal lenses, subject to Prizma Optic’s policy (after deducting cancellation fees).

For clarification, frame refunds or exchanges will not be possible once prescription lenses have been installed.
