Can I pay in installments? Yes! We offer a split payment option based on your order amount.

Payments are divided in increments of 200 NIS per installment.
Maximum of 3 installments per transaction.

Example:

  • 400 NIS order → 2 payments of 200 NIS
  • 600 NIS order → 3 payments of 200 NIS

When will my order arrive?
Your order will be delivered within 3-14 business days from the date of confirmation. Deliveries are handled by a professional courier company, and the courier will contact you on the day of delivery.

Delivery Options:
Home Delivery – Nationwide delivery within up to 14 business days, subject to delivery zones.
Free In-Store Pickup – Pick up your order at our store locations for free.

Shipping Costs:

  • Standard Delivery (up to 14 business days): 35 NIS
  • FREE delivery on orders over 400 NIS

How do I know my order was received and is being processed?

Yes, you can change the shipping address within 24 hours of placing the order, as long as the order has not been dispatched to the courier company.

Yes, modifications or changes to an order can be made within 24 hours of purchase, provided that the order has not yet been dispatched.

What are the conditions for canceling a transaction?
A transaction can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.

What are the cancellation fees?
If an order is canceled within 24 hours of purchase or before it has been dispatched to the courier company, a 5% processing fee will be charged based on the total purchase amount, or 100 NIS – whichever is lower (subject to the terms and conditions).
