The product can be returned within 72 hours from the date of receipt, provided it is in its original packaging and has not been used in any way, in accordance with the company’s policies.

There are two ways to return a product purchased on the website:

Custom-made glasses/lenses are non-refundable!

Contact lenses must be returned within 14 business days in their fully sealed original packaging.
